This product is cooled by water, so it has 2 parts: tube ice maker part and cooling tower, they are connecting by water pump and water pipes.
Main Features
1) Food-grade: we use the food-grade material to manufacture the machine, all the parts which are contacting water and ice are stainless steel 304.
2) Easy and safe operation: we use PLC micro-computer program and touch screen to control the machine, so it is easy to operate the machine; all the wires are well-protected, and the Freon gas is a kind of stable and safe gas, so it is safe to operate it.
3) Simple and economic packaging system: we can design a storage bin with a screw conveyor on its bottom, so you can take the ice out and pack them into plastic bags easily.
4) Power consumption: about 70~80KW*H to make 1 ton ice.
Water consumption: about 1.05 tons water to make 1 ton ice.
We have different tube ice for option, the inner hole can be adjusted 5~10mm
